Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a shipping email with your tracking number once it's on its way.

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders arrive within 7 to 10 business days. Most orders arrive within 13 business days of being placed. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays, bad weather or carrier delays.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking number in your shipping email, or go to Track Your Order on our Help page and enter your order number or tracking code.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us at info@trydimmer.com as soon as possible. We can update the address only if the order hasn't shipped yet. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

Late or missing packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 business days, or your order hasn't arrived 20 business days after you placed it, email us at info@trydimmer.com with your order number and we'll look into it with the carrier.
