We want you to judge DreamOn on your own nights. So DreamOn comes with a 60-night money-back guarantee.
How it works
- Try DreamOn for up to 60 days from the day your order is delivered.
- Not happy? Email info@trydimmer.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number and the email you ordered with.
- Once we confirm your claim, we refund the price you paid for the product to your original payment method.
No need to send anything back
You don't need to return the product, and we don't accept returns. Keep it, give it away, or throw it out.
The rules
- Claims must be made within 60 days of the delivery date shown in your tracking.
- One guarantee claim per customer (per person, household, email address and payment method).
- Shipping costs are not refundable.
- Free gifts that came with your order have no cash value and are not refunded.
- These terms apply to every order. No exceptions.
When you'll see your money
Approved refunds are sent within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show it on your statement.
